Adam joined Youable in February, 2026, and has worked in human services for over eight years.  He has past experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families, with DBT as a specialty area.  He enjoys working with the therapists and mental health workers on his team to help facilitate their development, clinical growth, and acumen in the adolescent day treatment setting.  As a clinician, he uses mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness as well as rapport building and boundary setting.
